Things that Make me say, "Damn!"

While at a BBQ, I loaded my plate with ribs, chicken, potato salad and beans. It was LOADED!


I held the plate in my left hand, drink in my right, and as I was in the motion of sitting down on the lawn chair, the dog tht I didn't see "under" the chair decided to get scared and run away.


As the dog bolted away, it's body hooked a chair leg.


It was too late! It was like slow motion, I couldn't stop my sitting progression, no matter how hard I tried.
My ass hit the ground, and the food landed on my lap!


BBQ isn't a food you want to spill on yourself... it doesn't clean easy.

 Everyone stopped and stared silently for a few seconds, then started laughing.


I wanted to find that dog and shoot it!

Socks put Leeches in Damnland

Apparently, some children were reaching into a pond attempting to catch some tad-poles when they unfortunately discovered that leeches also inhabited the pond. When the boys removed their arms from the water, they had several leeches attached to them. Billy Grime immediately took action, removing his Prokeds and his socks from his feet. Being careful not to cut himself with the crispy gray toe, he sliced through the first leach then, something remarkable happened.

According to witness reports, the first leech that was removed must have used ESP to communicate with the rest of the leeches, because suddenly, one at a time, they began to seemingly jump to their deaths onto a hot side walk.

Local scientists have determined that these unfortunate leeches were resigning themselves to suicide rather than have those nasty, crispy socks come near them.

Department of Education's flawed definition of Disability

When a person is not hirable because of an illness, and due to frequent hospitalizations, he/she is disabled!

If there is student loan forgiveness s to people who are completely and totally disabled, I think  it would extend to people who fall into the category I describe.

You know the place. You know what it's like to be caught between a rock and a hard place; so do I.


I decided to name that place.


For instance, when My dog has to pee, but can't go out because of a thunderstorm, you are causht between a rock and a hard place. When the dog pees on the floor, I say, "Dam!" This is why I call the place between a rock and a hard place, "Damnland".
